My 01 Bandit 1200 N is spluttering?

I recently bought a 01 Bandit 1200 N and it spluttering and banging from the exhaust. There is a twin exhaust. When i start of from Idle the bike stars shuddering and jerking but as i roll on the throttle it seems to ease out but still bangs from the exhaust and seems to lack power. What is wrong?|||It might have had a dynojet kit fitted by previous owner (popular modification) if these are not set up properly they can make the bike run rough at certain points through the rev range.

If you can't live with it try locating a local firm with a rolling road who will be able to sort it out for you

link supplied to give you an idea of the sort of place you are looking for;http://www.jhsracing.co.uk/tuning.htm|||sounds like could be an electrical fault, faulty spark plug ,or ht lead a simple way of testing this is , remove all spark plugs, and lay them on cylinder head with the electrodes as far away as poss from the holes you took them out of, reconnected to the ht leads don't mix then up the body of the plug screw threads should touch the engine ,then press starter you should see a good spark at each plug WARNINGS

KEEP HANDS CLEAR THAT SPARK HURTS

PETROL VAPOUR WILL BE COMING OUT OF PLUG HOLES DO IT OUTSIDE AND NOT FOR LONG 3 SECONDS SHOULD BE ENOUGH

a good blue spark should jump across contacts of each plug ,this will check the plugs and leads if all ok then i would get it professionally checked ,standard exhaust 4 into 1 could have something to do with it well serviced bandit will run for fun into high mileage good luck|||sounds like a lean mixture . it wont be electrical because it would get worse with load/revs. it may have a leak in the inlet manifolds , it could be mixture screws turned in too far.starving for fuel check fuel flow from tap.vacuum line for fuel tap connected? take it to some 1 for a service and tune
