Suzuki bandit 750cc about 1998 model?

i have a suzuki bandit 750cc about 1998 model. will a suzuki bandit 400cc engine fit in the 750cc frame of the bike and will the wiring need changing and etc|||it will only fit and work if u use the 400 loom and ecu...|||With small mods, the engine might fit. Wiring, as far as lights etc. should be ok. Not sure if either bike has / any computers on board, which then might not be compatible. But why would you want to do that anyway? You may find the 400 cc motor underpowered, if the 2 bandits, although similar, are not exactly the same in size and weight.|||the 750 uses a totally different frame to the 400

400 bandit is more common with the 250 as the engine is SUSPENDED under the frame.

the 750 BANDIT is a full duplex cradle frame into which the engine is supported.

I do not think the 400 is compatable with the larger frame due to the way it is mounted.

the 600 650 750 900 oil/air cooled fours will fit the frame of the 750

including the GSX engines so fill your boots with a GSXR750R engine from the 1990's :)
